To Get A Smooter Finish When Applying Eye Shaddow Put A Little Cream Shaddow On First, Then Powdered Eye Shaddow It Will Also Stay On Longer.

A Cheap Way To Remove Eye Makeup Is To Use Baby Oil Or Petroleum Jelly. It Lubricates The Skin Around The Eyes And Can be Wiped Off With Tissues.
