make sure you have the picture downsized, pictures taken from cameras can upload to be HUGE, so just try to downsize it.
upload it on facebook and resave it, or upload it on photobucket and edit it to resize it!

and yes, i've been trying so so hard to get the 88 palette, from coastal scents right?
I've been trying and trying, first i need a job! lol, i'm only 15...haha!
