    Default Red eyeshadow

Hi all! I have bin searching for intens red eye shadow for ever... I have come acros some that fell short of my expectations as they would ither look dull on the eyelids or the colour would just look flat, as in crappy pigment. I love Maks bright colours but I havint seen red in their colections... can you guys recomend any other brands that would have a nice red shadow? I'm almost ready to purchase halloween makeup to see what I can do with it LOL!

I like the red in my coastel sents pallet, but there's no point buying that if you're only going to use one out of 87 colors. lol

Uhmm.. I can't remember the name or number, but I know Mica Bella carries a few reds. (:

Have you looked at MAC pigments? I'm sure I saw a red in there somewhere! Also just try more professional products as they have better pigment and more daring colours

I've seen it only in a couple malls. They're not in a store (from what I know) they're usually just booths, with bright colors and pushy sales people.

If you look around you might be able to find some, no guaranties, but if not, here's there website. (:

    Hi There!

Maybe if you try Napoleon Perdis "Colour Disk". It is very VERY intense colour. However it is matt! If you want a shimmer then you can either scrap some red eyeshadow into white shimmer and mix until consistant. Or buy a clear shimmer and dap on top!

I hope I helped you out

What kind of red are you looking for? Is it for Avant Garde or do you want a great earthy red that looks good on all skin tones? Motives Cosmetics has one called Red Earth which just won the award for best eye shadow for Latinos from Latino Magazine. If you looking for an intense avant garde one than try kryolan professional eyeshadow from the stage makeup sets. Hope that helps

I just use the red from my Coastal Scents palette. Put a good primer underneath and it's vibrant and stays put. And the palette isn't that expensive (20$) and you get a whole bunch of colours (88), not just red.

i've kind of been lemming this red from pureluxecosmetics.com, its mineral eyeshadow, called OMG. http://pureluxecosmetics.com/Eye_Color_3.html

ive ordered a several other samples and i liked these eyeshadows (the candy colored grape shadow is a gorgeous bright purple btw, they also have a great bright candy red w/hint of pink shadow called Ouch!). the site calls OMG a deep but bright red with a metallic red highlight, it looks gorgeous! and you can get a 1/8tsp sample for 2 bucks, which is more than youd think for a sample, or 5 gram jar for 8 bucks

you're welcome! yeah samples of eyeshadow are only $1, doesnt get better than that! you do need a nice eye base/primer, as with any shadow, but i think theyre shadows are really good

let me know how the pureluxe works out for you! esp the red!

Have a look at the 120 palette on Ebay. It has 3 or 4 different reds from matte ones to shimmery ones. They are all extra pigmented and are absolutely amazing!

hmmmm... I'll try looking in shoppers again. So far I only found one by red earth which is flat, brick like and it just doese not mix with anything as far a shading goes.
