Liquid/Pencil eyeliner?

That's interesting, do you find the liquid better for eyelid because I can never seem to get that right with my pencil.

It depends what look you want I guess. Liquid on the eyelid is better if you want the more dramatic effect. I also struggle with my pencil sometimes!

When I first began to use eye makeup, I used pencil only. It worked well, although of course you need to find "your" pencil that suits you best. Then I tried liquid, and at first I did not like it at all. However, with time I learned to handle it, and I prefer liquid now.

i use both, but i tend to use pencil more because i find it a lot quicker, and easier to correct if you make a mistake.
the benefit of liquid is that it doesn't smudge or print like pencils sometimes do, however i once used a really bad one that would sort of crack after about four hours and looked terrible, so be careful (:

i lean more to the gel liners. recently, i came upon WetNWild's mega liner and loooves it. the only con is the if you have watery eyes its not too good to apply really close to the inner corner.

but i love to use mac pencil liners.
my fave pencil liner from drugstore is the Cover Girl Perfect point plus.

i'm not crazy about liquid liners, but i use them sometimes..

i think, that liquid give the best result, but they're not easy to handle. I'm still "practising" a little...'__' The pencils are easier to use, but they can be SO annoying! many of the pencils i have used makes stribes on the eyelid if i had worn it in to long time... BAD..

But my favorites are:

I use both, like most girls on here. I have always used both ever since i started wearing make-up. But i do prefer pencil as there are a lot more colour choices

i also wear both.. liquid eyeliner for top of eyelid to create a thin defined line which also makes your lashes look thicker and then i can have a eyeshadow above to give a bit of colour and pencil on the bottom i like both but as alot of people said liquid eyeliner can be tricky to apply... if you apply the line to thick use a wet cotton bud to make the line as thin as want... (: x

i use to use liquid but now i use pencil cuz i find it way eaiser to put on when im in a rush.

I use both but pencil more than liquid. I only started using liquid at about Christmas time and I shill haven't got the hang of it!!! I also find that pencil is a lot quicker but liquid is a lot more bold. 'Cuz I'm still at school, I use pencil most days of the week as it is more subtle.

like most others i use both .. liquid on the top (eyelid) & pencil on my lower lash line
with liquid liner i put a bit on a lip brush because it is small then i do a line on my upper lash line & smudgee x

yeah i use both, pencil is kinder to the lower eye and i alsouse it on the top line inside the eye, and then liquid on the eyelid

i use both, i use liquid on my eyelid and pencil on the lower eye, i used to struggle loads with the liquid but now i got it to perfection

gel eyeliner is best! it lasts the longest! mac's fluidline is geart!

I think Liquid is the best you can make really great wing eyelashed effects on the top lash line...but pencils great for definition on the bottom line

I personally dont like liquid it makes my eyes go blood shot...am I applying it wrong?
