mmmkay well im not scene myself , but i do know some good tips & ideas to get the same sort of look dark eyes are key basically (: ! so if you apply a coat of pencil eyeliner on your eyelids first and then a coat of liquid eyeliner on top & once again if you would like darker eyes then apply more pencil eyeliner & walaaa you have very dark , scene like eyes !
a foundation that also compliments your skin eg is not the colour of an orange is also better as dark eyes look so much more amazing with paler skin ! but dont go ghost white youll just look really ill and basically to top the look off a nice colour to highlight your cheeks and basikly uur rearing to go !

A good look is with a pencil do close to your top lashes, then with liquid go over and do cat eyes, so with a flick! can do eyeliner along the bottom, looks good to do it half way Mascara of course
choose the right foundation no need to go pale or orange look better if you do what matchs your skin colour!
with the blush, try using a darker redish/pinkish. but more darker colour!
Nude lips or pop bit of foundation on or go for bright red/pink
