firstly i would strongly suggest a good foundation foundation is the one thing that will cost you more then atleast 15 dollars for a nice one um a good eye liner that isnt cheap is another good product to invest in also a non clumpy mascara but mascaras vary alot these days . as for eye shadow and blush if you are not to picky you can pick up some cheapies for around the 2 dollar mark
