Waterproof makeup- I need help, ASAP

Kay, so my friend has asked me to help her out with a photo shoot she plans on having, and she wants me to do the makeup.
But here's the catch. It's an underwater style photo shoot.

I need not only eyeliner and mascara, but a face, lip, and eyeshadow type thing.
Where do I even start, is what I need to know!
Any help would be much appreciated, asap.

Keep in mind I'm only sixteen, and I'm working a part time job. Not to mention I'm out $680, thanks to a plane ticket across the country.

hmmm that is a hard one! Do you know what the model looks like? If she has good skin and can get away with minimal makeup then that would be good. But in the meantime, I'd be having a look at professional makeup sites - they might have something suitable And obviously there is waterproof mascara and eyeliner

Temptu has waterproof airbrush makeup. Its their Dura product, You can also apply it by a sponge if you dont have an air brush. Try using a sealer for makeup also. Some can be used on eyes. You will have to check though.

I gotta agree with PaulaA Temptu WaterProof Airbrush is gonna be the way to go. Can't do anything besides waterproof airbrushing for that.

MissChevious removed my link to take a look at the product I am referring to but there IS a water proof foundation available that's NOT airbrush. Guess it's okay for others to keep their link but not me so email me directly and I'll provide you with the company link for purchase.

So MicheBella, a $40 bottle of foundation (or cheap samples which are available plus minimal shipping costs) are a much more economical way to go vs. airbrushing equipment.

o.k not to be stuck up but their are all soughts of things you can do ever considered visual effects if your friend is a good actor she will be able to pull it off, use ordanary make up and take the picture and wala add some sea scenary effectsand their you have it.
