What brand has really good nail polish

Hey darlings, So I am looking for a new brand of nail polish to use i currently us dior! But it takes a little to long to dry, nd i find you need to coat up the layers up to 6 to get a strong colour! I am looking for a dry fast, strong matte colours! i dnt go for sparkles! haha!, one that doesnt chip all to easily and if anyone does know one that has a nail strengthing product in it! thanks loves xxx

MAC is pretty decent but Id honestly just go cheap, get a good top coat. Nicole by OPI is nice, as well as revlon has nice matte colors.

OPI is good; Orly is good (it doesn't have formeldyhade in it); Sally Hansen is good, and some of them have nail strengtheners in it).

6 layers of polish is TOO much! U will get a thick "caked on" polish that way. Use 1 coat of base coat, 2 coats of polish & 1 coat of top coat. Stick your hand in your freezer to help them dry faster. It's the cold that makes the polish dry.

yeah i agree with misscrys i love revlon polishes and they have some really nice colours and no sparkles i prefere matte too.. x x

i heard Zoya has some good matte nail lacquers, and ManGlaze has a couple of those dark matte polishes, but only in black, grey

Some of my favs are Nicole by OPI, Essie, Revlon, Sally Hansen, and Wet n' Wild (pretty amazing for the price). And yeah, 6 coats is crazy! You should only need 2 coats of polish plus a base coat and a top coat. Hope you find something that works for you!~

I've tried them all over my years as an aesthetician and I've chosen to use Orly for it's durability, it's guaranteed true color match to the bottle with only 2 coats (often times one coat) it's quick dry top coat, it's unending color selection and it's price range....it's a mid priced professional line. Some of my clients are in a rush and I can get them out the door quickly without fear of smudging.

I use OPI. Right now my faves are the colors you get at Sephora. Gorgeous. China Glazes are pretty too

6 layers of polish - yikes! You can't go wrong with Barielle nail shades. They are super strong salon quality polishes & have a great variety of colors. I have used them for years. I have terribly dry skin on my hands / feet and once I started using their lotions I was hooked!!

I like OPI's colors or Barielle products as well. Barielle shades have a great protective coating to keep from chipping...Plus no formaldehyde!!

I recently discovered a brand called Duri. I don't think it's very well known but they do manufacture the popular Duri Rejuvacote, a treatment for nails. I have only found this brand on line. All I can say is that it lasts a very long time for me. I managed to get 6 days out of a manicure when usually, I can only get about 3. I'm trying my second color now and I'm up to 3 days with no chips. Keeping my fingers crossed!

I love Salley Hansen complete manicure:it has a nice wide brush and is 5 formulas in 1:base coat, strengthening coat, growth treatment, color and top coat all-in-one!

I am in love with Chanel right now-I full opaque color and I feel that their products also act as a ridge filler-instantly!
also the rimmel line is in my kit-so smooth and they really are a 60 second drying time.

I am obessed with nail polish, and I have around 300 np's along with tons of nail art stuff too. My favourites are Orly, Zoya,China Glaze, OPI, Finger Paints, Essie, and Nina Ultra Pro. They don't cost anywhere hear as much a Dior, and you don't need 6 coats for good coverage either.
On the cheaper end I don't think you can go wrong with Sally Hansen, Petites Color Fever or Sinful Colors.
If you're wanting to try watermarbing then the best brandto start off with is Wet n Wild.

I prefer water-based nail polish, no harmful chemicals, smell good. And also have crackle nail polish. I love them, I can remove them very easy by warm water. It doesn't hurt nails, nails can break with water-based nail polish.

One that is NOT cheap. Like, don't buy the ones that cost $1 each, because those will thicken up quickly.
