do you put mascara on your bottom lashes?

I put mascara on my top lashes and i was wondering does mascara on your bottom lashes look good?I tried it once and it looked horrible.It kept smudeging and it just looked disgusting.if it does look good how can you put it on without it smudging and looking gross?

Most of the time, I do put mascara on the bottom lashes. I think the trick to no smudging would be to get a mascara with a really thin wand like Maybelline Lash Discovery or something like that. And be really careful when you apply. Good luck!~

when you smudge it just have a Q tip at the ready with a lil bit of make up remover on, look up and rub it under your eye itl take the panda eye look away x x

Wipe a bit of mascara off the wand so it's not too thick

I agree with wiping off the wand some before applying. Sometimes it can clump up and that's why it smudges. Also, you can try holding a little piece of paper beneath your bottom lashes while applying. I've done that before and it works too.

I just wipe the excess off the tip and hold the wand vertically, swiping back and forth (carefully!). You can place mascara on each piece easier and doesn't clump them together while placing them individually where you want them

i think what MissChievous said is very helpful. a piece of paper or maybe a wet wipe could prevent the smudging

i dont put mascara on the bottom lashes because they are naturally really long so they just end up looking wierd

Yes, put mascara on your bottom lashes! For a more mature lady it is not recommended as it can draw attention to any lines that she might have. i used to but it smudged and made my eyeliner thicker-looking. i stopped once summer hit coz it smudged very very badly, now i just use it on the top lashes

I put it on my bottom lashes, but I don't go overboard with it. Just lightly go over them a couple times so you're not COVERING them. That's what I do and I've never had any trouble with smudging or anything.

You should always put some on your bottom lashes to make your lashes prettier.
If you are not used to it, put a piece of paper under your bottom lashes and put your mascara on, its so easy like that.

I never wear mascara on my bottom lashes... it makes me look as if I have spiders on my eyes, and it gives me that "I never sleep" look... Also, I find that as we begin to age, mascara on the bottom lashes makes fine lines stick out like a sore thumb...

oh yes hun mascara look wondeful on the bottom all you have to do is take your time and focus on the bottom lash try using the eand of the mascara tool that way you target the lashes and not the skin

I think it can look very pretty if applied well. I do use it on my bottom lashes but not during the daytime.

I use mascara on the top and bottom. It takes practice to make it look natural. However, I think the bottom lashes need it if you are wearing false lashes. I love the look.
