Try a Claire's or Ardene's! They have so much stuff like that. You can even try craft stores. Scrapbooking supplies, ftw.
If they don't already have adhesive an on them, you can try eyelash glue to make them stick. (:

yeah a place like claires accesories do them but uur better off using eyelash adhesive insted if the adhesive on them alredy as they tend to fall off i know i wish id used eyelash adhesive for my facial gems for a dancefest :L
