Best weight loss product?

I tried Slim Quick to jump start my diet, but It is so expensive that it is difficult to keep it in the house. Just about the time you start seeing results, it is time to buy more.

Has anyone tried a good, but less expensive over the counter diet aid?

Which one was it and how did it work?

I have found that drinking green tea (no sugar) somewhat helps, especially if combined with daily exercise. There is no miracle cure, I'm afraid, especially inexpensive one.

i don't take weight loss product because my main problem is to be bigger. I know i sound opposite but my metabolism is really fast that i don't have chance to increase body size. i do exercise and water therapy! it helps with fruits included in your meal.

My sister in law used the principles of weight watchers, she had a friend who was doing it that just bought the books for her so Im sure you can get them on ebay and she didnt go to meetings or anything and she lost 65kgs and like someone said Wii Fit is awesome and I use mine everyday, a fun way to exercise.

i think if you get a puppy, it helps! you have to walk a dog+its a good way to socialise(walking with friends) a dog is the way to go i recomend a labrodoor, there very intellegent+kind and gentle natured! (chocolates are the best) hope i helpedx

I have a dog and he does keep me disciplined to walking each day. I know I would not do it other wise. Thank goodness for a woman's best friend!

I recently purchased a 3 step product by Rich Gaspari Nutrition called Lean and Fit and its a stack designed for women. "Stack" meaning using multiple products to obtain a goal...this concept is simular to products I have used on my own. If you buy all three it will run you 105.00. It consists of a product called Cytolene which is a fat burner, Megapump 250 which is a prework out drink and its delish, they have different flavors and I use the raspberry lemonade and its so good, and a protien shake you take in after your work out. The concept is to diet and excersize and take these products and when I say diet I definately dont mean starvation or fad I mean grilled chicken fish egg whites dark leafy greens veggies and lots of water try to cut back on the carbs and alchol consumption and a good mix of weight training and cardio...

I hate to say it, but exercise and diet has worked for me. If there were some magical pill - everyone would be their ideal size.

I think that you should excersise for 20 minutes a day, doing different things. Also, you need to cut out a lot of your sugary foods, like snacks. This will only work if you keep it up.

I've got a secret for you Do you know how the Chinese stay so thin (most of them anyway)? They eat alot but they drink tea with everything. Oolong tea is an awesome way to diet down. Drink a cup or two with every meal and even in between. The antioxidants help flush out the fat cells that get stored up in your body.

Avoid sugar and bad carbs. Eat complex carbs. Exercise - even a walk counts. Drink water.

Stay away from slim fast - read the label - it contains SUGAR!!! 98% of people on slim fast gains the weight back and more.

A great program to try is Transitions - it will teach you more.
