There are so many things you can do without spending a fortune. Start by cutting out fizzy drinks like coca cola etc. Every time you feel like having a snack, drink a glass of water/tea (w/o sugar of course), write down everything you eat (it's an eye opener!!!), walk somewhere instead of jumping in the car or taking the bus/metro...
I joined weight watchers (don't go to meetings though). It works for me because I can eat what I want, don't have to deny myself any type of food like other diets require. You have to of course count and make sure you don't exceed the maximum daily points you can have but it works. If you're out with friends and have a couple of cocktails or have a greasy meal you don't have to feel super guilty, you can easily compensate without going hungry lol.
It takes getting used to and it might be horrible to do at first but the results will make you so happy.
exercise, healthy food, cutting back on sugary and rich foods, quit somking or don't start if you havn't, and cut backing on drinking if you do at all
All it takes to do allthis is will and ditermination, which is free. and you may find eating better food can be cheaper. Procesed food and fast faood seem cheap in easy, but in the end it all adds up
i heard weight loss pills are bad for you
so the best thign to do would be to exersise and eat well and be active
i wouldnt use any diet aids. my nan used then and they ruined her lungs. i no it sounds wierd, but eventually her brain got starved of oxygen, and she forgot everythign, like how to talk and move.
nothing worth having comes easy, so just diet adn keep exercising, it will be worth it in the end

Most of you are saying that drinking tea is the best way to lose weight, but what if, like me, it's against your religion to drink tea? What could work as a substitute?

my friend said mircale juice works but i haven't tried.
I would recommend eating healthy and regular exercise. You don't have to do full-blown workouts - even just 10 minutes a day of exercise is better than nothing!
I've heard that weight loss programs like Nutrisystem are good if stay focused and disciplined.
I think you should just move more and eat more fresh fruits and veggies. It has seriously worked for me and I haven't even been trying! I've been Vegan for about a year now...but recently I've been eating more fresh fruits and vegetables and cutting back on sauces and breads...and OMG my jeans are baggy! I've also been dancing alot...so find something that you love to do..like jumping on a trampoline..and I swear..the weight will fall off. It's going a little slow for me...but..I know if we both stay focused and say nay to the bad stuff..we will feel fine and look finer!!

My mam goes to the doctors for her diet pills. Ive tried adios but theyre aload of crap. my boyfriends spent a fortune on weight loss stuff, hes even tried the patches but none of them worked cos whatever products u take, you need to eat right and excercise. i hate excercise but now i bike all the time and i feel so healthy. Just excercise and cut down, you'll feel good for it. You cant take pills ur whole life.
It is hard to find pure acai products like the one from Dr Max Powers. Its called the Max Powers BURN, and it is pure acai.
I really am carefully with what I take. I am on my third bottle and have enjoyed a nice energy boost that I especially see in the afternoons. I take 1 with breakfast and 1 with lunch and it seems to work out nice. I have lost a GREAT amount of fat around my stomach and legs but don't own a scale to do any measuring. Acai is a nice antioxidant. I will be back for more.
I agree with most of the members. Don't rely too much on pills. I still wouldn't advise any weight loss pills or medicine (or supplements) as I still think that eating right and proper exercise are still the best factors in loosing weight. I have to say that for drinking a lot of beer, I have had my waistline up to 36, now, after some good meal plans and frequent exercise, it is back down to 32.
Myomytv there are some awesome workouts on there. I do like to take natural supplements like 5htp, and guayana for an energy boost
I do agree in taking some natural supplements. It is healthy and effective way of losing weight.
Weight loss medicines are not good for health, they have a lot of side effects for body.
Always use natural diet for controlling your fat such as fish oil, green tea, and citric fruit juices.

Well, thats not a big issue. You have not to be concerned about the artificial methods for weight loss. Be nature native.
Be regular in you cardio exercise and use green tea. Plenty of water can cause dropsy.
