pigments are great...you can try MAC or Leishi pigments...MACs a little more expensive....but Leishi pigments are said to be just as good....you can find them on ebay...i havent been able to find them anywhere else...
Makeup Forever and Urban Decay
you can try Beauty From the Earth or Nyx or Lime Crime. I love all 3. Nyx is 4 stars in my opinion and the other 2 are to good to even be rated. Ben nye is really good too. its basically face paint, but they have great eyeshadows. ^_^
Depends on how much you're willing to spend. Sure, MAC, Urban Decay, and all those brands have great colors, but they can be pricey. I buy a lot of my pigments from Walgreens/CVS and they work just as great and it's only a fraction of the price.
Shiseido for high shimmer eyeshadows.
You can always get really nice quality make-up at Saphora!!!!
Napoleon Perdis for eyeshadow is definitely the way to go[/COLOR]![]()

I have found that if I use a little white base (NYX jebs), my 120 palette has very ,very vivid colors. With the darker bright colors, like teal and fuschia, you don't even need to use a base. I got the palette on Ebay for about $20. Well worth it! It has 120 colors!!
I am watching Strictly Come Dancing and finding that even my make up isn't near as bright as theirs.Their eyes are so pigmented.
Shisiedo holds up well. U.D Luxury eyeshadows work ok for me. I am sure there are high pigments out there.
I didn't like Laura Geller I found it over rated looks lovely in the box, but it isn't rich enough not even with primer and it doesn't build up well.

i love my 88 palette from coastal scents because it was cheap, good quality, and theres so many pretty colors to play with. i make the colors POP by spritzing a little homemade mixing medium on a synthetic brush, (3 parts water and 1 part glycerin), and applying it to the lid. NYX eyeshadows are also cheap and really good and colorful as well as the palettes like the 88, 96, or 120 etc.
for the pricier shadows that are arguably best quality, i do love urban decay, make up forever, mac, nars, etc. but sometimes cheaper is good too![]()
I also got that 120 colors palette on e-bay. However they tend to be a little dusty. You have to pay some attention when using your brushes. But the pigments are good, and intense.
