well okk., i cant find the right color to match my skin., i white and when i use the correct color of foundation i look soooo pale!! and when i use like a darker one i look orange., i litterally bought 5 foundations this month!! and nonee of them work....please halp me.

argh, i have the same problem as you.
its annoying i buy about 6 diferent foundations a month and still i cant find the right one

Well, if it is any help, I find that if you try to find a shade that matches your neck rather than your face that it helps a little bit. For me, since my face is a little whiter than the rest of my face, I get my foundation a little darker so that it evens everything out.

Putting on in the store or at home? And what kind of foundation is it? Liquid, cream, powder, or mineral?

As a certified artist my suggestion to you is to make your life a lot easier and go get matched. Go to a department store cosmetics counter of your choice and ask to be matched for foundation. Mac is simply the best, they will not only find you a foundation that matches your skin AND compliments it undertones, but they will also recommend the best foundation for your skin type and finishing preference. You will be so thrilled!!!

Why not go for a tinted moisturiser that way you will get a nice glow which would draw the attention away from your pale skin. The other benefit is it wont look as heavy on as foundation and therefore will enhance your look even more. A bit of blusher would also decrease the obvious look of foundation and help give you a natural pretty glow. Hope that helps x
