Default Anyone work for a cosmetics counter?

i have an interview for a cosmetics counter manager at Lord And Taylors. I was wondering if anyone worked at a counter there or as a counter manager beecause even though i have retail experience in cosmetics and managerial experience at a small cafe, i am wondering if they will think I am too young ? Any opinions ?

Do some research on the company itself and mention facts during the interview. They'll be impress that you already know about them.. Example: when it started, different lines they offer (brands) and price ranges. Don't think your age will hold you back because it won't here. Some people prefer that you don't have much experience because they can train you the way they want. Good luck!
