Barry M have a good red pigment pot for really cheap also try using a red blush as an eyeshadom

Try Ben Nye or MAKE UP FOREVER. Both brands have lots of different shades of every colour of the rainbow. You can find MAKE UP FOREVER at Sephora, their eyeshadows are in the $20 range. You can find Ben Ney in some costume shops since it's a stage make up brand. Both of these brands is where I get my red eyeshadows from.

the only decent red eyeshadow that i have ever found is the one in the coastal scents 88 palette. you could try mac's basic red pigment but its a pro colour and really hard to get hold of.

I agree with the Make Up Forever suggestions. I bought their "bright red" pigment at Sephora and love it.
