eyeliner on inner rim..

i put eyeline on the inner rim of my eye you know on the bttem and so i put it on and i blink once and its gonee. i have tryed like 50 million eyelines and nothing will stay on for longer that 20 seconds. any help?

I have the same problem (the other problem I had is that my eyes sometimes get teary when I'm putting it on and before I know it the liner is gone)... I use the 24-hour luxury liner from KISS. I always see KISS products at black beauty supply stores, but if you don't have one in your area try Sally's. They may carry KISS but I'm not sure.

I also run my fingertip over the rim before I apply the liner to dry it, and then I make sure I blend it down into my eyelashes so that if I lose it on the rim it still has the look and the effect. I'll have to look for the KISS stuff though!

I once used a black Urban Decay 24/hr eyeliner that was hell to wash off...meaning it stayed on for just as much time as the product was advertised to stay on for. Maybe you should give it a try. I am exaggerating a bit about the whole "brought hell to wash off" just to emphasize how much it stayed on. Try Mac liquid last liner but dry your rim off first with your finger and make sure you are not watering. Apply the liner as far from your actual eye as possible concentrating on the rim of the lower lash line.

i love urban decay 24/7 liners, sephora brand flashy liners and l'oreal HIP liners for waterproof long-lastingness.

also, ive just discovered that the liquid liner from Hard Candy thats being sold at walmart now, called walk the line (has a bunch of colors and cute packaging) , is waterproof and super longlasting too, i swatched it on my hands and handwashed a ton of dishes in hot water and the swatch didnt even fade and it lasts all day on my eyes. u need a good makeup remover tho

try benefit BAD GAL waterproof eyeliner. the stuff is amazing! only comes in black but you really don't need anything else if you're doing the khol rimmed eye. anyway it's the best stuff I've ever used and stays on forever. And if you doubt me...ask any of the counter chicks to demo it. You'll be a believer too. Good luck

Sometimes I have the same problemo. What i do is after applying the eyeliner I put a bit of black (or brown) eye shadow and dab it on the water line. But make sure its only a little bit of eye shadow otherwise it'll get in your eyes and poof makeup cryed away.
