In addition to the advice of washing less with better cleansers, not soap, this advice is SO IMPORTANT; 1 tbsp of olive oil and day and Flax oil can be obtained in caps if you hate the taste of the bottled (like I do).
And the old advice of 8 glasses of water a day is OLD NEWS....better off doubling that. If you feel thirsty, you already are dehydrated.
The last supplement I advise if essential: Fish oil caps! You can get a one a day or twice a day. Shallow Girl is right on with her statement of working from the inside out! Also EXERCISE...it will make your skin glow and you'll feel both energized and have greater self esteem....just like a new hairdo or outfit.
