ok i just read a boo i have on eye preperation and well...She said it is a must to apply foundation to the lid, but im assuming it is liquid, due to the diff tones we have on our eye lids, but it is a must to also apply translucent powder due to the natural oils that come from our lids...so im guess that this wouldnt effect the eye primer as its more of a arrier for the eyeshadow to not move...hope this helped?

If you're talking specifically about your lid eliminate the foundation and powder or else you will end up with too many products on your skin and it will just crease. Moisturizer, primer, base and shadows are enough, in that order, on your eye. I know because when i started i used foundation and powder too and some forum mates had to set me straight about why my looks always creased.
