brands like revlon, rimmle, covergirl etc. that dont smudge and dont budge. im used to the staying power of a waterproof liquid liner but i want to start using pencil... but not the kind you have to sharpen lol. thanks for your help

I would suggest trying Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner
