You can apply it wherever you like to give you that "glow". For an example, just look at any Victoria's Secret model. They use shimmer powders and bronzer to achieve that look. You can dust some powder on your body or apply some right above your cheekbones for a highlighting/lifting effect. It's suppose to give the skin a healthier appearance.
