Best drugstore eyeliner?

Heyy, I'm here for the first time, and wondering if someone can help!
Please tell me what's the best eyeliner ( drugstore) that I can buy in Europe! Plss HELP!

I don't know if they sell this there, but Annabelle Smoothliner is pretty good .

Revlon has some great liners. I use them all the time.

My favourite eyeliner is Rimmel, any of them. Jet Black is a great black eyeliner giving a dark thick coverage.

if they have maybelline, get it! i used to ONLY use high end eyeliner but didn't have much money so i bought the maybelline expert wear liner in black...its the twist up one so you dont sharpen and it has a smudger too, if you like those.

ive gotten a few compliments on it too...it's not too oily so it doesn't rub off and stuff like some eyeliners i have used (I.e benifit and some mac eyeliners)

rimmel has great eyeliners for a low price! i really love l'oreal eyeliners though, especially the l'oreal HIP eyeliners, ive tried them all, pencil, cream crayons, cream liners (in the pots), and they are waterproof, long lasting and very richly pigmented. i have no idea if you get l'oreal HIP in europe though...do they have GOSH makeup in europe? i heard they have really great eyeliner, but they dont have GOSH cosmetics in the states.

Revlon and Rimmel make really good liners!! I think both those brands are available in Europe!
