I like him alot but don't know if he feels the same...Help!!

okay so i like this guy and were friends but i went out with his brother a while ago and he says he likes me and i gave into him if you girls know what i mean but he asked me out the one time however i didn't like him more than a friend like the way i do know. I'm in love with him and i told him how i feel but he just says i had my chance or i should have said yes when he asked me out. Now he has a girlfriend and were friends but i keep getting jealous over him bc i like him alot. We hang out all the time but i just wanna be more then friends, i want him to hold me like he does her. I don't know what to do i really thought he liked me more than a friend bc he use to say i love u and call me baby he even told me one time he loved me more then i think he does but now that he has this new girlfriend, i cant just move on i really still like him n wanna be with him! I ask him if he cares about me and he says he does but one minute its like he likes me more than a friend then the next its he doesnt. any advice, i don't know what to do??? I don't know if we wont get with me bc i went out with his brother or just bc he dont like me. I even tried not talking to him so i could move on but that didnt work. HELP PLEASE!

Thanks soo much! You did help , i Think i'm just gonna move on because all of a sudden I get back with my old boyfriend and its like he cares now. I just give up on him now plus my feelings for him has sorta went away and I got to the point that i just wanna be friends with him now.
