You should see a derm, and try a scrub.

could be some kind of intolerance to food. I would do what makeupjunkie99 and get it checked out by a derm. An allergytest might help.

Well exfoliating your skin 2 times a week should prevent that.

pimple, small pointed elevation of the skin that may or may not contain pus. The formation of pimples is frequently associated with infection, irritation, or over activity of the sebaceous and sweat glands.

It could be an infection of your hair volicales.. It would be likely if it was all over your body , get it checked by your gp and try to exfoliate more x

i agree, a dermatologist would help you pinpoint what kind of acne that is and what to do. it kinda sounds like cystic acne tho. those are the big, pimples that lie under the surface and dont have the white heads and pus, theyre kinda boil-like.

    1) make sure to wash your face very well, getting off all your makeup (especially at night)
    2) exfoliate weekly (i love st ives scrubs!)
    3) use a toner, or astringent with salicylic acid (like clean and clear), it gets extra gunk out
    4) get a good blemish cream or use whatever your derm suggests. tea tree oil is also a good and natural topical treatment for acne. (i will say i hate benzoyl peroxide treatments, i dont think they work as well as ones with salicylic acid, plus it bleaches clothes so keep that in mind)

it helps to keep a balanced diet, drinking plenty of water and fluids. but everyone has hormones, genetics and external factors that aggravate their skin, so don't worry, blemishes and not-so-perfect skin are a natural part of life. hopefully i helped you out

If they are big and inflamed (red, painful) it could be cystic acne. If they are more like hard little bumps they could be whiteheads or closed comedones. A whitehead is not an infected blemish containing pus, as many think. Instead, they are closed blackheads. Since the oil blockage is under the surface of the skin, it doesn't react with oxygen so it doesn't turn black. The concept is similar to a cut apple sitting out for too long. They turn brown. In order to treat this, you could try exfoliating twice a week and using a topical cream containing benzoyl peroxide.

***This can actually be caused by foundations and/or other serums or creams that are applied to the face. This could be a face primer, if you use one. Before buying facial products, be sure to do some research and make sure that what you're putting on your face is non comedogenic.

Apply a paste of fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves over the face every night for 10-15 minutes and washed with warm water. This will prevent pimples, blackheads, and wrinkles. It is good pimples home remedies..
