Help i use liquid eyeliner but i'm not sure wether to put eyeliner on before or after my false eyelashes what is best way before or after .lizzy75

After. When you put your lashes on, putting the liner on afterwards helps to cover up the band of the lashes which makes it look more natural.

Before _and_ after If you apply the liner before the lashes you dont get white spots arround the lashes and it also helps toshow where to plase the lashes and you can cover up with extra liner after if needed :

Hi,
I usually only apply eyeliner along the bottom, but lately my left eye has started seeping and I'm worried this is the cause. Should I stop putting on eyeliner for a while, or can I get away with just using less?Also, any tips on stopping it from smudging?

i do both! and patch up and spots of glue that have been left , i also think it helps keep the lashes on, i might be wrong but who know i like it that way
