best pencil eye liner?

i need an eyeliner pencil which is water proof and easy to apply. which one are you using?

i like sephora brand flashy liner in deep black, its waterproof and very dark. its creamy and glides on smoothly. i also like urban decay 24/7 liner in zero, but its 2x as expensive as the sephora brand one

I use Benefit's BADgal waterproof liner. Their waterproof liner only comes in one shade(Extra Black) and it is fabulous! It goes on really smooth and you get a lot of color. It even comes with a useful little smudge brush on the opposite end. ^^

Hey.

In my opnion the best eyeliner ever has to be Urban decay in zero (black) I think its called 24/7. The name gives it away. It goes on so easy and stays on all day. Since trying this I have never used any other pencil eyeliner. I think its about £10.00 ( I may be wrong on this) but certainly worth it, also it will last you ages.

I've used Urban Decay's 24/7 liners, yes they are good and they come with a great color selection. But I'm going to disagree with zero, a simple black, being a must have. It is a black liner, there is a BETTER alternative for $7. It is Milani's Liquif'EYE liner in Black, it is the exact same formula as UD's except it is creamier and softer, and yes it lasts on the waterline. I will never buy Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Zero. Who wants to spend $18 on a plain black pencil liner? Trust me, Milani's is better, and if you don't believe me, spare $7 and tell me which one you like better.

As for liquid eyeliner, my favorite is Lorac's Front of the Line Pro in Black. It's $22 but if you try it, you'll fall in love. I will be doing a review soon, a review rave, as it is my most favorite liquid liner.

The best eyeliner i have found is that of the Sleek Kajal Eyeliner. its really easy to do a smokey eye effect and glides onto your eyes really really easy without much practice! it was £3.99 sooo really good price.
Has anyone else used this product? And how did you find it when it got to the thickness part.

Have a few in my make up case but gotta say i usually reach for my urban Decay i esp love the blue!
But anyway the black glides on, is really soft, still looks good on waterline & lasts ALL day =)

I am more of using a liquid eye liner than pencil because if it's just sharpened, I can almost feel the tip on my eyes. Also the liquid eye liner gives me more control on the lines and effect. It's also waterproof which won't spread when I perspire a lot. I'm using the Maybelline liquid liner because it's a lot cheaper than other branded liners.
