what are you looking for in a mascara? i personally like covergirl original lashblast and l'oreal voluminous because it lengthens and gives good volume, and ive never had flaking problems with either

L'oréal voluminous and Rimmel Lash Accelarator are two that I am using at the moment and no issues with flaking.

When I do Bridal make-up, i always and only use "Guerlain Le2" the original in the gold packaging. It is water resistant, lengthening and gives you a gorgeous glossy finish. All my clients and friends who had that flaky problem said it's perfect! And it is. A bit expansive but worth it. Also you benefit form 2 brushes one normal and one small one for the bottom lashes.
A little extra tip, don 't pump the brush in the tube, all you do is wasting the product. You mascara will last you a lot longer if you don't do that.
