expired body soaps

well you might not be happy with this question but i have to ask:

"have you ever used any expired body care product like soaps and body bath lotions?"

did it cause any harm to you? i am using a soap. actually i got a gift from my uncle. they were little round cute soaps so i was hesitant to waste them using in bathroom for whole year.
but last week when i was cleaning my drawers i found that box there and when i checked the expiry dat, it was already 1 month over
but i could not threw away without using so i decided to take risk.
but i have been using them on my body for last one week and it has not caused me any single rash or pimple.

so i am now confused about this EXPIRY DATE.

I use expired soaps They just cant sell them after the expiry date because they're not as fresh. I'm not really too sure but they've never caused me and harm or discomfort.

I always check out the expiry date before buying. But one thing expired soaps won't help your body or skin after its exspired..
