Best Stay In Place Eyeliner.

I have always had the toughest time finding a pencil eyeline that stays in place and does'nt smear. My skin is oily and that's the problem. Is Make-Up Forever the best one in the market. I wear alot of green and tuquoise colors and would like to wear a eyeliner and does'nt smear whithin 3 hours.

Any help would be deeply appreciated.

Have you tried setting your eyeliner with a similar shade of eyeshadow? That is what I do and my eyeliner never comes off.

I recently got the clinique kohl liner, the one with the little sharpener in the lid? And so far I love it, really smooth, stays on the waterline, and sets well!

I just purchased mark's (meetmark.com) new No Place to Run eyeliner and it literally stays on all day. It's encased in plastic but you sharpen it.

I'm in a similar situation...My eyeliner does not like to stay put for anything! I live in the southern US so humidity is definitely a factor, I also have oily skin. I've tried normal eyeliners as well as liquid, and liquid only lasts slightly longer than pencils. To make matters even more difficult, my eyes are extremely sensitive and every brand I've tried so far has really bothered my eyes. These include Avon, Mary Kay and all the "drug store" brands.

What would be the best eyeliner for me to try? I keep having waterproof liquid eyeliner from a "top shelf" brand such as Clinque suggested to me. Is that really the way I should go?

My friend has oily skin too. She has the worse time with makeup staying on.


She LOOOOVESSS M.A.C.'s Eye Kohl pencil and PenUltimate liquid liner.
I don't have oily skin but I had a problem with my bottom liner smudging.

I tend to use gel liners (MAC or Bobbi Brown) and find that these do the trick with staying in place. With non-gel liners MAC Penultimate or Benefits Bad Gal liner are both long lasting.
