i need to ask a question. I apply eye pencils inside my eyes as well. They make my eyes look bigger but id this healthy for my eyes and do i call it an eye liner too?

hm, when you say you apply pencil inside your eye...im assuming you mean you tightline and waterline your lids. that just means you apply eyeliner on the upper and lower inner rims of the eyelid, respectively. i dont think its unhealthy, i like to waterline myself, but you should make sure that the liner you're using is opthamologist (spelling?) safe and all that for your eyes.
