No Prince Charming, But Perhaps Helping Me Find my Concealer Charming???
I need that perfect concealer that fits normal skin. I've read all sorts of reviews from MAC to Covergirl and still have no idea which is best. Should I spend money on the most expensive concealer that covers EVERYTHING up and doesn't cake up? Or should i get the cheap one that's alright, and doesn't fit ALL my expectations. All I really need to cover is nose redness, dark circles, eye bags and small imperfections such as that. But that doesn't mean i want little coverage. I want medium to full, and I want to make sure it doesn't dry up and flake off during the day. Oh I hope finding the perfect concealer isn't as hard as finding my prince charming.

Before you get all sorts of expensive concealers, you should try Maybelline mineral power liquid concealer. The shades are kind of light, but if you manage to find a good shade this concealer is really good. I pat it on and apply more if needed. Then I set it with a tiny bit of powder. It doesn't come off until I wash my face at night. I have really dark under eye circles and this is one of my favorites.

I'm a girl who really needs concealer, and one that I found that was pretty good was Benefit erase paste. They have it in three shades. If u apply it after your foundation, and then put some light powder on it, works a treat.

I use 2true concealer from Superdrug stores - it costs £1.95 and its just as good as expensive makes! I tend to use stick concealers but the glide-on formula ones are also good. I'd probabaly suggest glide-on concealers which can be picked up for as cheap as 99p and have a lip-gloss like brush for someone who is new to putting concealer on, because they're light-reflective and easy to blend. The stick ones are harder to blend and can look cakey if not used right. The only setback for glide-on concealers is they dont last very long, and as is the case with all concealers -- less is more
