I get on well with my mother just like a good friend.
my mother knows all about me. I love my mother.

my mother is not only my mother, shes my best friend, my rock, she always keeps my feet on the ground and i love her to pieces. i dunno what id do without her!

My dad died when I was 18, and my mom got remarried and moved away.
I did not want to leave my friends, family and life here where I grew up.
I moved in with my sister and then got married young (now divorced) and can't stand my mother.
I feel totally abandoned by her.
She didn't want me to get divorced in the first place; she didn't understand why I just "didn't take it" (the verbal and emotional abuse).
And now doesn't really support me on any level, in any way. She is in her own world.
All I know is, when I have kids - I will not be a mother like that... *Yes - I AM a little bitter! lol.
Ah well - I'm a stronger person for it... Thank god for therapy!! : )

Oh MacYogi! That would be really hard to bear but i am sure you will be the best mother for your kids

My relationship with my mum is awesome, shes more like a big sister! I love her to bits

Well, I can't say. We're barely around each other since she's constantly working and I'm constantly out. We need some good bonding time. When we actually do, it's shopping!

My mom is more like my bestfriend than my mom! But i am getting older now so we can talk about a lot of stuff then when i was younger
