Re: Help!!!
Gently exfoliate them before bed with a homemade white sugar & olive oil scrub (equal parts--just guesstimate). Apply a super moisturizing and conditioning lip balm immediately afterwards to avoid further drying out your lips.
I hope this helps!

Re: Help!!!
I have that all the time. Best way I have found to stay away from it is to keep my lips super hydrated at all times with lip balm. I like balms that are thin and silky (like the lip medex from Blistex or the soft lips all natural) because they are easy to apply generously over very chapped and damaged lips. Also, if your lips are very chapped all of sudden it could mean you are not getting enough water. Try and drink more water too
it usually helps me get through rough phases.

Re: Help!!!
I was on accutane a year ago, so my lips were in the same shape
it's terrible. What works best is getting a lip scrub, you can home make one or buy one, and after putting on aquaphor. (you can buy it anywhere). Aquaphor is literally great for everything... if you put it on persistently you will see a drastic improvement. <3
