Concealer or what???

ok so i have this really huge problem with tone on my face:

has any1 ever looked in the mirror and it looks like u have a stache even though u really dont i mean i wax that area and it looks darker than the rest of face complexion...i cover it up with revlon concealer everyday b4 i leave the house but im tired of doing that and when i forget i constantly curl up my lips out of paranoia any suggestions???

Bleach hairs instead of waxing, it lightens up the skin a LITTLE, but not by a lot.

Use a lighter concealer in that area.

are you a woman of color? i'm only asking because many women of color have more skin discolorations than caucasians, due to having more melanin in our skin. i have skin discoloration on my face too, i have more color on my forehead, under my nose and chin and i swipe a bit of concealer over it as well. but, i think the suggestion of using bleach seems really interesting and try-worthy. i read on makeupbyrenren's blog (renren is an awesome makeupartist and person! read her blog http://www.makeupbyrenren.com/ and watch her youtube http://www.youtube.com/makeupbyrenren!!) that she has used the sally hansen cream bleach on her upper lip and eyebrows with good results! i think im going to try that as well
