I'd prefer lipstick because I'm not good at applying eyeliner. It always makes me look tired because I have heavy eyes. Lipstick makes me look alive and less haggard. It even lightens my face even if I'm so sleepy. lol

I prefer eyeliner, particularly liquid liner because it could double up as mascara. I like the effect liner gives my eyes, making them appear bolder and awake. However, lipstick is nice as well because it could act as a cream blush given the right shade. Both are nice to have, but I definitely prefer eyeliner!

I prefer eyeliner over lipstick any day. When I apply my makeup, I really emphasize my eyes because I love the look of big, beautiful eyes! Eyeliner is an instant makeup tool to make your eyes look bigger and alive and awake.I barely use lipstick. I mainly use EOS lip balm, but if I want to add a bit of color to my lips, I use Revlon "Just Bitten" lip stain. I absolutely LOVE that stuff! It stays on pretty much all day and it comes with a moisturizing lip balm all in one!
