so I'm very blond and i have white eyelashes and eyebrows. I own white mascara and clear stuff but I'm still not sure how I can accentuate my eyelashes without using dark mascara as it looks really stupid.

Maybe try using brown mascara instead of black? It's much softer especially is you have pale hair!
I agree with the person above, using a brow mascara might look less obvious. This doesn't really have to do with mascara, but you can actually tint your eyelashes. I've done it before because i have light eyelashes, and it worked really well. You can get it done at hair salons and such, and it's completely safe. They immediately look fuller and longer. If you want a darker affect without the obviousness of mascara i'd try that. (:
I did use brown mascara before when I first started with makeup when black was too much for me. Eventually I switched to black because it makes the lashes look a lot fuller and better. I agree with tinting and I hope it works out for you.
Use a brown mascara first, and then use your white one over it in a sporatic jabbing fashion, so that you're breaking up the solid looking brown colour into a softer taupe shade.
Make sure the brown coat has dried first before you apply your white mascara. You don't want your white mascara wand to look too brown.
And remember, don't coat your lashes with the white mascara! Use a *sporadic jabbing motion. Or you'll end up defeating the purpose of the taupe shade that you're trying to achieve, and you don't want to break off any lashes either.
*Obviously, you would use your wand in a parallel way like normal.
You might need to use a combination of colored mascaras, mix and match them. Trial and error until you find the perfect fit
