Long lasting eyeliner
I'm trying to find a good eyeliner that will last long and won't smudge but lately I can't find any that seem good. I am currently using an old one that I have from rimmel but it smudges and I have to keep using many layers of it to get the really dark color that I want. Needless to say I am very displeased with it and I want to get something different. I usually use eyeliner pencils but any recommendations of other types of eyeliners will be fine. Also it would need to be a drugstore brand since I do not have a lot of money to spend. If any of you know a really good eyeliner I could use that won't smudge and will last throughout the day please let me know. :)
