I know permanent is soo scary but would love to be able to wake up in the morning and not have to put any eyeliner on lol.

Permanent eyeliner??? I wouldn't recommend it. It'll look dated. I've seen women who've gotten this procedure done in the 80's and they still look like they're wearing 80's make-up.
Now, try doing a tattoo cover on an permanent eyeliner... It's very tricky.
