Newbie who needs help! Gained weight and can't figure out how to do my makeup now!

My name's Janelle and I am having an issue! I gained weight and I'd like to get some advice for how to do my eyes and maybe my hair (move the part, change the color etc). They are small and look even smaller now that I'm heavier and have more puff to my face. I line the outer 1/2 of the top, contour the lid, highlight with a lighter shade on the inner corners and throw on mascara.
