    Default Progression in MUA :)

    Hey everyone! My name is Shannen && Im new to this whole thing. I would like some help in relation to MAKEUP, obviously.

    Well Im 19 years old, finished school last year && am currently doing a 1 year MU course. I have always loved MU and would love to carry it on professionally BUT ii dont know what to to next year ? any suggestions ?

    You'll need to build up a Professional kit and a portfolio of your best work. You can start that now, even while you're still on your course.
    What else kind of depends a little on the type of make-up you're getting into (special occassion/tv and film/print, etc) but mostly you need to find appropriate projects to gain experience, network and find potential clients. Like I say, it'll depend on what area you move into but those are the basics
