In Need of a Setting Spray, help!!!

Hello,

So basically I am entering a regional competition for body art and I am doing Wonder Woman. I have perfected everything apart from one thing; I need some kind of spray that I can spray on to the body paint to give it a kind of shiny, rubbery effect.
Most setting sprays I am aware of mattifye the skin which obviously won't get the desired effect I want.

So I was just wondering if anyone knew of a product or possibly something I could make to achieve this?

Use coloured latex body paint. They use them at fetish shows. You can get them at adult stores and they come in various colours and It will give you the desired look that you're looking for (shiny and rubbery) without the use of any setting sprays.
