Try www.alcone.com They usually deal with big film production companies that order their show's entire hair and make-up department supplies. And yes they sell to the retail customer, so you'll know they'll carry everything that a make-up artist will ever need or never thought of needing.

Yeah, I hear ya there... Alcone is like 10 hours away from me and I still have to pay outrageous shipping, handling and brokerage fees. Hope they give you some free samples.
