Hi there

I REALLY want to play around with bright (BRIGHT) colours for going out time to time, but I have really deep set eyes and it seems I can't get them to quit sinking deeper!

I have Kat Von D's makeup palatte http://www.sephora.com/browse/sectio...egoryId=C25122 (features bright 80s neon colours, if you can't see), primer, foundation, black mascara, and that's about it.

Can anyone help me achieve a very BOLD and BRIGHT look without my eyes sinking farther into my skull? lol.
