I have hazel eyes and olive skin I absolutely love doing a metallic brown liner with gold and brown shadow. It's not dramatic, but it'll definitely make a difference. If you do want to go for dramatic, for let's say a night club, use purples to really open up and bring out your eye color. My favorite eyeliner is Urban Decay. It goes on soooo smooth and is absolutely gorgeous.
And as for powder... do you mean all over powder? Or powder shadow? I hate all over powder b/c it makes me look cakey. However, I don't know how it would look on you. As for eyeshadow powder, of course! If you're feeling like it's not going on heavy enough, add a tiny amount of water to the brush you're using.
I have the same problem and i simply wear light colored blush and blue eyshadow but any color works, dont use too much or it will look dramatic. As for lipstick, draw attention to either your eyes or lips which means bright on one and softer on the other, hope i helped!
I love the eye shadows from Arbonne. They are actually crushed minerals!! A little goes a long way. Cover your entire lid w/ a light shade (you can even put it in the inside corners if you have dark circles, put on eyeliner only on top lid/ angle up on outsides, go over crease w/ medium shade, then go over lid w/ pink and apply mascara!

Copper and golds would look gorgeous on you!
And maybe try a vivid yellow?
Experimenting is key, you never know what you can pull off!
bronzey/gold shades or maybe even using mousse versions of the colours you already like, which creates a metallicy noticeable shade while still being in your comfort zone![]()
Try a plum/ jewel toned purple, or a navy blue.
It'll make your eyes and skin tone pop without looking too dramatic!
i so agree with LeRIOT!
try some jewlled colours such as greens and blues and purples. it will really spice up your makeup pallet but without looking too full on
if you apply a fine line ont he lash line and just above and then bellow your bottom eyelashes it will really make your eyes stand out.
PURPLE!!! looks so good on olive skin and dark eyes. My best friend does it all the time. any bright or dark purple really. nothing too light
