brown - contrast to blue! I also find blue eyeliners such as the new Mary Kay Bahama Blue make my blue eyes look bluer too!

Brown would be alright, but I also think a light charcoal would be pretty too.

My friend who has blue eyes wears a warm orangey-gold eyeshadow sometimes and it always makes her eyes SO blue, which makes sense since orange is directly opposite of blue on the primary/secondary color wheel). So I would say go with an orangey/copper eyeliner to really make them pop.
