Maybe a soft pink color? With a light blush to match.

Try a very very soft Pink, a kind of nude. All type of pink will be great on you, ( i think)

Red!!! Red looks amazing with blue eyes and your dark hair will will frame everything beautifully

Bright Pink would also look beautiful with your hair, eyes and skin. Bright Pink would really be very pretty with your hair color. Katie Perry also has dark hair, blue eyes, and fair skin, and pink just look absolutely radiant on her. You should defintely try it! The bright pink that I have found is called Hursicle from Beverly Hills and I love it!!
