try No7 concealer , they are not cakey at all , i have very spot prone skin so i have to use very light make up so that i dont get spots , i use this one and it is very very good , the coverage is great and it is light on your skin x

MAC!! The concealers are $15 but they come in a wide array of color choices. If you wanna hide those boo boos, quality makeup makes a big difference and looks the most natural on skin.

From my experience it is hard to cover a birthmark. All concealers I have ever used turn ashy. It is better to leave it alone and use spf so it doesn't get darker in the sun.

Use a MAC concealer first, foundation on top, then powder so it will look natural to your skin tone.
