Popping colours?

My eyes are a greyish blue colour what colour of eyeliner/shaddow would help make my eyes pop?

Navy, or anything blue, especially if it has metallics.. also. try different shadows, sometimes greyish blue eyeshadow would work or a bright blue. sometimes even a green or yellow. I also find with blue eyes, pink looks good and gives it contrast.
