Luckily for you, brown eyes can compliment any shade of eyeshadow because brown is a mix of all three primary colors [red, yellow, blue] For the spring, I would recommend looking into teals, turquoise, gold, and hot fuschia colors. Those colors alone, or blended together, will make your eyes POP for SURE!

if your eyes have alot of green in them, to bring the green out, you want to wear purples. purple, violet and orange, orange red with red purple

purple on the inside with brown shadow on the outside lines...works amazing for green eyes.

ah im jealous, i so wish i had hazel brown-green eyes! yes most colors work and def. turquoise, purples, fuchsia, and actually shimmery light pinks really bring out these eyes, and brown eyes in general. but some of these colors just reeeeally pop with hazel eyes, and black eyeliner rimming the eyes is a must!

ck out the mk look on www.marykay.com/cryscockrell here under the spring catalog...it's called urban bazarre i think. it's freakin great. i have the lemongrass and i wear it with pink all the time. i love how they have it under her eyes and on top....that would look awesome on someone with eyes like yours i think because it would bring out the green.

    You are right
its not the best idea to line your entire eye with black liner if you have small eyes. Remember "dark makes things reeced, or disappear kind of, white light brings things up or makes them look bigger" if you do the purple on the inner corner and brown on the outter corner and in the crease, you could always use a dark brown liner, just on the outside line of your lashes, this creates the illusion that your eyes are larger than they are.
always use mascara tho. It brightens and opens up your eyes

i agree with the liner thing. i have quite big eyes (so im told) and even i dont use liner on the bottom.

the best thing ive found to make brown eyes stand out is a super-metallic shadow that really catches the light on the lid in like a creamy - light brown - gold and then a deep dark brown just above in the socket. sounds drastic but works like crazy with lashings of black mascara

Another trick to do if you are wearing black eyeliner is to line the upper lid only on the outer 3/4ths, and extend it out a bit. Draw a line on the outer half of your lower lash line, not on the waterline (the inside rim) itself, but below the lash line. Blend it so that it isn't harsh, and put white eyeliner on the waterline. Also use a shimmery silver/white/pale pink shadow in the inner corner of your eye, it will really open your eyes!
