Barielle has a great variety of nail colors. I just ordered a bunch of pinks & peach colors. They are great for the summer!! Plus they last pretty long, don't chip right away at all.

i don't know where your from but if you have a wal mart(usually found in the US), they sell a brand called ICE they have neon colors and only runs about $2 american dollars

If you live in the UK , superdrug sells some bright nail varnish , there is a company called GOSH which sells really bright and summery nail varnish.

a cool little tip for nail colour is to go to a makeup counter, buy your favourite colour eyeshadow pigment and a small eyeshadow brush, get a clear coloured nail polish and put about half a teaspoon of polish into a petri dish, then a tiny scoop of pigment, mix them together and apply with your makeup brush so you dont turn the rest of the polish in the bottle the colour of the pigment. voila. personalised nail colour

i know exactly what you're talking about, theyre my favorite cheapie brand, i have a lot of bright colors like turquoise, hot pink, orange etc., i think its technically 'Pure Ice' but im not trying to be picky ha. i also love OPI and China Glaze, i usually can find some unique bright colors from those brands
